Synthesis of impurity C and G of Timolol Maleate

Abstract

In this short communication, we have described the synthesis, characterization of C and G impurities of Timolol maleate. The recent study introduces the initial synthesis of these impurities with both high yield and high purity. The purity of the impurities was validated through High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), while their structures were determined utilizing MS and ¹H NMR.
