Abstract

An in-depth analytical investigation was conducted to correlate diverse in vitro and in vivo experimental findings regarding the interaction of specific inhibitors with target proteins namely α-synuclein, tau proteins, and misfolded amyloid peptide oligomers associated with Parkinson's and Alzheimer's diseases. The mechanistic framework is evaluated through the lens of protein vibrational dynamics, which are driven within native cellular microenvironments by endogenous electrostatic potentials or external stimuli. This analytical model provides insight into the biophysical mechanisms governing inhibitor-mediated protein disaggregation and conformational modulation.
