The extrence coronaal maes ejection (CME) events recorded by SOHO LASCO CORONAGRAPH (C3) on 10 may 2024 (23:54:06 UT). Next day of CME events DST recorded (-412nT) (extreme geo-magnetic storm) and decrease in cosmic rays intensity (-6.037%). In this paper we haave chree analysis of Cosmic rays intensity (CRI), Coronal mass ejection(CME), Proton temperature (Tp), proton density (Np), Southward component of interplanetavy magnetic field Bz (GSM) and disturb storm time index (DST) for the period 05-05-2024 to 20-05-2024. (CRI) data have taken from oulu neutron monitor station (http://cr0.izmiran.ru). (CME speed) data taken from (cdaw.gsfc.nasa.gov/CME List) (Tp, Np, BzGSM, DST) data have been taken from (omniweb.gsfc.nasa.gov). GSE component of interplanetary magnetic field (BxGSE, ByGSE, BzGSE) data have been taken from ISRO aditya-L1(prodan1.Issdc.gov.in). NOAA active region (AR13664) data have been taken from (sdo.gsfc.nsa.gov). (CRI) shows negative correlation with (CME speed, Tp) and positive correlation with (Np, BzGSM, DST) for the period 05-05-2024 to 20-05-2024.
